A beautiful countryside wedding venue located near the Cotswolds. Set within 350 acres of woodland, this stylish 19th century character barn also has private farm land.
There is traditional brickwork in the main barn and a walled courtyard making for a unique outside space. It has exposed beams and glass covered brick features, adding to the rustic feel.
Licensed for civil ceremonies both inside and outside and providing space for an intimate occasion or a grander scale wedding. The variety of space can be utilised to bring your own touch to this rustic barn venue.
The Barn is illuminated with gentle lighting which gives a romantic glow that complements the daylight.
By evening time the lights are dimmed to add to the Barn’s atmosphere, making it perfect for dining, drinking, dancing and for enjoyable celebrations.
The scenery changes with the landscape from hay bales, and wild flowers to ploughed fields and lush green meadows which produce a vast array of colours and textures unique to the seasons.
There are quirky corners for photographic opportunities including ancient willow trees and a hand-crafted kissing bridge over the babbling Sherbourne Brook.
Swallows Nest Barn can seat up to 120 guests for dining, and 150 for an evening reception.
The reception/welcome drinks can be served in the adjacent glass fronted barn or outside in the walled courtyard area.
The in-house caterers named Lemon Zest will provide a bespoke menu or flexible options to complement whatever your perfect menu chooses to be, to suit your taste and personality.
