Walton Hall is a 16th-century hotel and spa situated within 65 acres of grounds, located 8 miles away from Shakespeare’s birthplace, Stratford upon Avon.

Wedding Venues at Walton Hall

The Manor House is licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies, and there is a Chapel on site for those who prefer a traditional church service.

The Moncrieffe and Mordaunt Suites boast original fireplaces and elegant chandeliers, with picturesque views of the gardens.

The Moncrieffe Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 250 for an evening reception.

For larger weddings, there is the option of a marquee with private caterers.

The Courtyard Suite has its own private bar and can hold up to 170 guests for wedding day festivities and 200 evening guests.

Photography Opportunities

All three function rooms overlook the beautifully manicured gardens, including a magnificent lake and bridge, providing a lovely backdrop for romantic photo shoots.

Additionally, there is a stunning staircase in the Hall and a historic arch at the side of the hall, which creates fantastic pictures to cherish for years to come.

Accommodation at Walton Hall

Walton Hall offers 37 bedrooms, including Bridal suites in the Hall and 160 modern and contemporary Suites and Apartments, with all the amenities you require for a comfortable stay.

Food and Entertainment

You can choose to use the hall’s in-house catering team or bring your own, and there are facilities for a hog roast or BBQ as a choice of the main meal or to feed a larger group in the evening.

The hotel is equipped to host a live band for entertainment, and there is a black and white chequered dance floor to party the night away.

Spa Facilities

In addition to the wedding and accommodation facilities, Walton Hall also offers spa facilities for guests to enjoy and relax in during their stay.
