Wedding Venue: Redhouse Farm Barn

Nestled in the Worcestershire countryside, Redhouse Barn has it all: style, design and romantic overtones. The whole venue is set in 5 acres of beautiful gardens overlooking roving fields, all located within 1.5 miles of M5 Junction 5, Droitwich/Bromsgrove.

Their motto is: “Your wedding, your way”. While some venues try to squeeze you into a set package, or one nearest to what you’d hoped for.

At Redhouse they’ll ask you “what do you want?” and they’ll adapt to your needs, instead of the other way round. After all, isn’t that what you’d expect from an award-winning wedding venue. You understand then why they’ve won so many awards such as “Venue of the Year”

The Redhouse Barn team Jane, Jeremy and Olivia, as well as their fabulous award-winning caterers Karen and Anthony Morgan, will be on hand throughout the day to help create your perfect day and answer any of your wedding questions.

Even though the name is Redhouse Barn, the site houses 2 barns: The Redbrick Barn and the Timbered Barn, and both have their unique touches.

Pets too are welcome.

If you want to arrive in style, a Helipad is available.

GETTING READY

NEW FOR 2021:  A luxury Bridal Changing Room & gallery landing lounge area overlooking the barn whilst you get ready for your Big Day. Available from 7am, so you have plenty of time for all the bridal party to have their hair and make-up done, whilst enjoying a few glasses of bubbly!

They have purpose built, plenty of spacious make-up workstations with lots of make-up mirrors and sockets, natural light, beautiful sofas and stools, mirrors of all sizes and your own luxury ensuite shower room too!

The Gallery landing provides a perfect spot for a grazing breakfast whilst you oversee the setup of your wedding (or you can have a Full English if you prefer).

OUTDOOR WEDDINGS

New for 2020!! Their ‘Oak Pergola’, within the surroundings of beautiful gardens, becomes a dedicated area outside for outside wedding ceremonies. This features coloured lanterns to light up the pergola, to create a romantic setting for your wedding ceremony. 

WEDDING CEREMONY AND WEDDING BREAKFAST

The rustic Redbrick Barn is licenced to hold civil ceremonies for up to 105 guests.

The unique Timbered Barn is licenced for larger parties and can seat up to 160 comfortably, for the wedding breakfast.

To decorate your rooms, everything is supplied eg: Fairy lights, clear ghost chairs which require no chair covers, candles, lanterns, and other forms of decorations.

All you’ll need to do is supply your own table-centerpieces, stationery and other personal touches.

After the ceremony, there are several courtyards within the venue which offer nice relaxed places for your guests to enjoy the drinks reception with lovely, comfortable sofa furnishings and a tranquil water feature to create an atmosphere of relaxation

The Lounge Bar is a welcoming space for guests to enjoy the lovely scenery through the glass sliding doors.

On sunny days the glass reception area let’s the light shine through, making it feel like the wedding is in the garden.

On cooler evenings or winter days, the comfortable “Snug” has a gorgeous wooden beamed ceiling with underfloor heating and has a warm feel with the fire-setting from the wood burning stove for guests to take advantage of. 

There is a marquee available to hire for barbecue and drinks reception if you so desire.

MORGANS CATERERS

Their in-house caterers “Morgans Caterers” are an award-winning catering team, boasting of both “Wedding Industry Awards” and “Food Industry Awards” for a few years running.

Additionally in 2017 they were awarded the “Best National Caterers of the Year” award at the “Good Food Awards” event. So you can talk to the chef Anthony Morgan to design your own unique menu to accommodate your personal preferences.

They can also cater for both Kosher and Halal style food preferences. 

OUTDOOR SPACE

Before the day is over, make sure to explore the beautiful gardens surrounding Redhouse Barn, as there you’ll find a 40ft Koi pond and decking area, giving you beautiful views of the setting sun. There’s ample space here for garden games and fireworks, making it a perfect summer wedding venue.

INDOOR SPACE

If you don’t fancy the outdoors, or you’re having a winter wedding, then you can step inside to enjoy their cosy fireplace/snug with lots of squashy sofa furniture for you to blissfully sink deep into. The snug even has a log-burning stove to provide you with the perfect winter retreat in the colder months. With the licensed bar nearby, this area becomes the perfect place to relax, with a drink in your hand, chatting and catching up with friends.

EVENING RECEPTION

They have state-of-the-art Bose sound and professional lighting effects for the dance floor  that will make your evening one to remember.

The Timber Barn can be turned into a romantic space for up to 200 guests to enjoy the rest of the day’s activities, including your first dance and evening reception.

There are colour changing LED lights on the dance floor to add to the enjoyment of the day.

In addition, firework displays and laser shoots are permissible if you want to conclude your memorable day with lights in the sky!!

There is also a vintage Rolls Royce to say farewell to your guests, if you want to include this in your package.

HONEYMOON SUITE

NEW for 2019 is their beautiful self contained luxury Honeymoon Suite for the couple to stay overnight in the farmhouse. On arrival, there’s a bottle of bubbly waiting for you both. The suite has a shower room with chandeliers and décor to match the opulent design of the space. The suite has a balcony which overlooks the gardens and 40ft Koi pond – what better way to wake up on your wedding morning as you enjoy your first breakfast together as husband and wife!
