Situated in the Staffordshire National Forest. This red brick 18th century barn is rustic design within stunning grounds and scenery all around. The barns have 3 separate areas to accommodate all kinds of weddings, including Asian ceremonies.
Eland Barn is the biggest of the 3, with lots of lighting and exposed oak beams and it can hold up to 200 seated guests.
Fully restored, it brings a light feel which allows you to dress it up with your personal colours of flowers etc.
The Red Barn has most of the original features with oak beams and a lovely natural setting to put your own stamp on.
Woodend Barn and courtyard has large glass doors that open out into the outside courtyard. Inside it has new beams that have been newly installed.
The courtyard has views of the rolling fields around, which boasts of a cascading fountain and a floating fire pit all overlooking a lovely lake, so when your guests are seated here they can enjoy the relaxing outdoors.
The Wedding Pavilion and Garden is set on a raised veranda within the landscaped gardens, with views toward the lake and the national forest trees.
This is an ideal outdoor space for your summer wedding to take place.
The Roost after the wedding breakfast, is a very relaxing space that has a seating area with comfortable sofas,and pleasant decor for guests to retreat to for some quiet time.
Bridal Preparation Suite is a lovely decorated room available from 8am on the wedding morning. There are lots of mirrors, plug sockets and lighting for makeup preparation for the bride and entourage to get ready in.
Included is a fridge for drinks to store that vital fizz before the wedding starts! This is a luxurious place to relax and get pampered.
The venue dresser has access from 8am to set up and you can deliver personal table plans and decorations in advance.
Any large items on the beams are to be removed by 9am the following morning, while smaller items should be removed by 10am.
There are 4 in-house caterers to choose from, and 3 Asian style.
There is gourmet food, grazing platters with lots of choices and various dishes for your personal tastes.
The evening reception and entertainment accommodates live band and DJ facilities with a dance floor.
There is a licenced bar which offers all types of drinks including small batch gins, beers, lagers champagne and soft drinks.
The bar and music finishes at 12am.

From 1 hour before the ceremony to midnight with options to set up earlier if so choose.
Yes but must be removed by 10am the next day.
No but there are many hotels nearby within 5minutes drive.
Yes any well behaved pet can attend.
Wheelchair access is available to all the barns and grounds, plus toilet facilities.
All tables and chairs, circular dining tables, oblong top tables and rustic farmhouse style tables for the wedding cake and other things you want to display.
Yes but only the dried flower petals, not the plastic kind. Please inform all your guests of this request.
No these are prohibited due to damaging the surrounding national forest and upsetting the nearby livestock.
