Voted Best Historic Venue of 2023, this exclusive Georgian House near Bridgnorth offers a blend of history and elegance. Set in the heart of the West Midlands, the venue allows you and your guests to enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens, lavishly decorated rooms, and the historical architecture that surrounds you.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

Licensed for civil ceremonies with a capacity of upwards of 150 guests, this venue also offers the option of an outdoor wedding. The dining capacity is 150, with space for up to 200 guests at the evening reception.

Bridal and Guest Accommodation

The preparation room, known as The Stables, provides ample space for you and your bridesmaids to get ready, featuring a well-furnished kitchen, abundant natural light, and mirrors. The Honeymoon Suite and guest accommodation, which sleeps 40, offer luxurious and comfortable options. The Honeymoon Suite boasts spectacular views of the gardens, original features, and a luxurious bathroom.

The Grand Hall

At the heart of the house, The Grand Hall exudes charm and romance with its historic features and contemporary decor. It accommodates up to 150 guests and offers magnificent photo opportunities, including the grand staircase and a fantastic harp.

The Saloon

Ideal for smaller, intimate weddings, The Saloon is perfect for cutting the cake and taking memorable photographs. With authentic hand-painted wallpaper and marquetry flooring, it provides a sophisticated setting for your wedding breakfast while overlooking the surrounding grounds.

Outdoor Ceremony Options

For outdoor ceremonies, The Lawn offers a stunning setting with rolling fields as a backdrop. Stone steps lead from The Saloon to the terrace, lily pond, and lawns, creating a peaceful spot for vows. Enjoy cocktails and canapés on the lawn after your ceremony.

Dining and Bar Services

The Dining Room, combined with The Saloon, offers a grand space for dining with excellent food and drink. Nikki’s Bar, a unique Horse Box Bar located in the grounds, provides a range of beverages from whisky to gin and signature cocktails. The Hidden Pavilion, a garden oasis near the Horsebox Bar, features a pizza oven and BBQ for added charm.

Evening Celebrations and Accommodation
