Birmingham Botanical Gardens is a beautiful and unique wedding venue, located in Edgbaston, Birmingham. With 15 acres of exotic flowers and plants in ornate Victorian glasshouses, a Bonsai garden, and a bird collection, this venue is truly breathtaking. The Gardens offer three delightful and tranquil spaces for your special day, with licensed civil ceremony options and two customizable wedding packages.

Function Rooms at Birmingham Botanical Gardens:

The Garden Suite:

The Garden Suite is a spacious and light-filled room, perfect for larger events. It can accommodate up to 500 guests in combination with the Terrace Suite. Guests can access the suite through the beautiful SubTropical and Mediterranean glasshouses.

The room has a built-in PA system, a stage, a dance floor, and a private bar lounge where you can host your drinks reception.

The London Suite:

The London Suite offers panoramic views of the lovely gardens, making it an ideal space for an intimate wedding. This space can host up to 60 guests, with a tranquil vibe, natural daylight, calming decoration, and characterful furniture.

The veranda and conservatory which is adjoined overlooks the Japanese Gardens, offering a romantic setting for your drinks reception before you go to your wedding breakfast in the Cedar Room. The conservatory is also just right for a small wedding of up to 25 guests.

The Terrace Suite:

The Terrace Suite boasts picturesque views across the stunning gardens from the elegant dining room. This space can accommodate up to 180 guests and has a sprung dance floor and an original domed ceiling which retains its charm as a former ballroom for the Gardens.

Catering:

Enjoy a mouthwatering menu served up by award-winning caterers Aramark. The team has carefully devised menus to create your own bespoke menu. Aramark can cater for Asian weddings also which includes authentic food for your celebration. Your event management, theming, entertainment, and decor can all be arranged through the Botanical Gardens catering partners.
