A romantic, historical Tudor barns and farm cottages, exclusive use wedding venue boasting ancient period features. A 3 day private hire is available to settle you down for the exciting day, and to relax afterwards.

The area around the barns is a natural beauty of 100 acres of woodland glades, lakeside with jetty, gardens, lawns with wildflower meadows, to enjoy the stunning views of the Malvern Hills in the vista.

There’s a variety of barns to choose from that are licensed for indoor and outdoor ceremonies, where couples have a blank canvas to put their own creativity on the various barns on offer.

The Threshing Barn

This unique rustic space has original threshing machinery which hangs on the walls, with oak beams, exposed brickwork and hand forged lighting that creates an elegant feel to the room. The candle light and fragrance of flowers also add a warm glow and calming effect to the atmosphere.

The Gallery

This, plus the Threshing Barn together can accommodate up to 100 guests for dining. This space can also be used as a chill out area which has wool armchairs for relaxing purposes while enjoying a drink.

The Cider Barn

This space has beams, warm lighting, wooden floor, exposed brick and timber walls that also has a separate bar, dining room and even a children’s play area outside which leads to the courtyard.

The Courtyard

This is a beautiful landscaped outdoor space with plants, herbs and can be lit up for the evening entertainment and where guests can mingle for cocktails as the sun goes down.

The Stall

A quirky and flexible space for a party where you can put your own personal touches to. For example this can be used for your speeches or a music band can be set up here.

The Cartshed

This rustic timber framed structure is a perfect area to greet and welcome guests for drinks reception, or to relax to acoustic music while enjoying the views of the fields and pastures through the large panoramic windows.

All of these  barn rooms can accommodate up to 100 seated for the wedding breakfast, with additional 30 for evening reception.

There are also 3 options for onsite accommodation within the courtyard area, which are 3 gorgeous cottages, converted from original stables and which sleeps up to 10.

1)The Stable 2) The Stoop 3) The Steading which have all been beautifully decorated while keeping some of the natural features.

Outdoor Ceremonies

These can be conducted by the shores of the lake, or woodland glade. A Celebrant can lead the ceremony or you can choose to join your union by arranging a humanist wedding.

A Tipi can be set up near the woodland walkway by the lake and stunning forest and flower meadow backdrop.

Confetti is permitted, but only of the biodegradable type.
