Alrewas Hayes Ceremony and Reception Spaces
The Orangery and Lobby
Within the wing of the House, both the Orangery and Lobby are licensed for small civil ceremonies. The Orangery, with its distinctive curved ceiling, arched windows, and doors leading to The Courtyard, can accommodate up to 100 guests. The room features neutral walls, wooden floorboards, and an antique chandelier, offering a decadent yet flexible space that can be personalized with your choice of flowers and decor.
The Great Barn
For grander, large-scale ceremonies, the purpose-built Great Barn is the ideal setting. It has its own private walkway and is the largest event space, hosting between 220 and 650 guests. The exterior resembles a cool airport hangar, but inside, it is contemporary and sleek, complete with a fully stocked bar, private bathrooms, a custom-built stage, and a dance floor, setting the scene for an unforgettable evening.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard offers a peaceful and idyllic outdoor setting for non-legal blessings during the warmer months. Surrounded by fragrant lavender and roses, it provides a tranquil backdrop for your ceremony.
Lakeside Celebrations and Evening Festivities
The Lakeside
The Lakeside can accommodate between 60 to 220 guests and overlooks a private lake, woodlands, and distant wheat fields. This versatile space is a bright canvas by day and transforms into an atmospheric, star-lit area for evening receptions. The Lakeside also offers direct access to The Courtyard and Williams Bar.
Williams Bar and The Lobby
Williams Bar, with its leopard print wallpaper, romantic lighting, and floor-to-ceiling shelves stocked with a variety of beverages, is licensed until midnight. Adjacent to the bar, the Lobby is a flexible space that can be tailored to your event needs.
Dining and After Party
Your wedding reception can be enjoyed as a sit-down dinner or a flamboyant affair. Whether you opt for an indulgent five-course dinner or informal sharing platters, the culinary experience will be unforgettable. From gourmet to grilled, simple to street food, there is a menu to suit every taste. After dinner, the event space can be transformed into a stunning showcase for your evening festivities.
Luxurious Accommodations
