I’m sitting here in the cold February while preparing another set of photographs from a wedding, thinking how fortunate I am to be recommended at Pendrell Hall
Hayley and Dan had the perfect day for their relaxed summer wedding, and selecting their images for this post brought back a bit of warmth to my bones!
Hayley and Dan’s Day
As usual, my documentary coverage started in the morning with the bridal preparations. It was lovely to see and record Hayley being presented with a “Kiss the Miss Goodbye” frame from her friends, so she can later put a photo in it and remember all her girlfriends.
You could tell they’re all close and will miss their girlie times together. (Although I’m sure they’ll still meet up now and then. ? )
Hayley’s morning started off in the cottage at the back of this venue, then everyone was able to walk the few minutes over the main building for the final stages. There’s even a lodge house in the grounds for the men to get ready in if they wish.
Obviously Hayley’s departure from the cottage had to be timed perfectly so as not to meet Dan or any of the boys, in case they decided to arrive early for the wedding!
All did go well from the morning till the end as you’ll see from my selection below.
